I am a licensed clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist in Austin, TX, specializing in the evidence-based treatment and assessment of OCD, ADHD, Misophonia, Perfectionism, and anxiety-related conditions. I work with adults and older teens in person in Austin and via telehealth across Texas and Florida.
My practice is built on a simple principle: therapy should lead to real, measurable change in daily life. That means structured, goal-oriented CBT grounded in the same research I study and publish on, combined with a direct, compassionate approach that takes your time and goals seriously.
My training includes a post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School and the Center for OCD and Related Disorders (CORD) at Massachusetts General Hospital, where I remain affiliated.
I work primarily with adults and older teens who are looking for structured, evidence-based treatment for problems that are often misunderstood, chronic, or difficult to treat.
